Night Shift Driver Manager ? Join Our Team! Hurricane Express, a leader in temperature-controlled food-grade transportation, is hiring Driver Managers for weekday night shifts to join our growing team near Siloam Springs, AR (Colcord, OK). This is an on-site position with no remote work available. If you excel in overnight operations, love problem-solving, and can keep things running smoothly, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do ? Dispatch and manage drivers for efficient load delivery. ? Resolve issues like late deliveries, equipment breakdowns, or driver concerns. ? Ensure drivers meet DOT and FMCSR regulations, including Hours of Service compliance. ? Communicate with drivers, customers, and management to keep operations on track. ? Suggest ways to improve efficiency and productivity during night shifts. What You'll Need ? At least 1 year of fleet management or dispatch experience (preferred). ? Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSR regulations and Hours of Service. ? Proficiency in Windows-based systems. ? Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. ? Ability to handle fast-paced environments and adapt to challenges. Pay Benefits ? Salary: $62,000?$67,000/year + bonus opportunities. ?
