The Remote Bookkeeper? responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: ?aintain multiple QuickBooks files by entering transactions ?econcile bank/credit card/Line of Credit/etc. accounts in QuickBooks ?udit vendor and customer accounts for accurate A/P and A/R ?rovide accurate financial statements ?btain necessary documentation for accuracy of transactions ?ove small businesses towards their financial goals through consistent support and important reminders Required: ?-year degree ?uickBooks Online certification ?aintained multiple QuickBooks files for multiple companies ?fficient typing skills ?rofessional phone etiquette ?orrespondence writing and editing skills ?roficient in Microsoft Office programs Preferred: ?-year degree Expected hours to Start ?5 hours per week with room to grow quickly from there Pay ?22/hour remote work
