Handle outbound calls, including contacting tax agencies to obtain or verify information. ? Assist in preparing and managing Excel spreadsheets for data tracking and reporting. ? Maintain organized records and documentation. ? Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. ? Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations. Qualifications: ? Proven experience in data entry and customer service. ? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., creating formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs). ? Comfortable with making phone calls to tax agencies or other organizations. ? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. ? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. ?
