Content Development: Create and update training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and case studies. ? Tailor training sessions to meet the specific needs of diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders. ? Assess the effectiveness of training through feedback and metrics and adjust content as necessary. ? Serve as a knowledgeable resource on cyber security best practices, frameworks, and operational procedures. ? Provide post-training support and guidance to participants, addressing questions and assisting with practical implementation challenges. ? Work closely with instructional designers, content developers, and other trainers to enhance training programs. ? Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. ? Provide support and guidance to learners throughout their training journey. ? Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative training methods and technologies. Requirements: ? Bachelor?s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field. ? Strong knowledge of DoD Cybersecurity Policies, Information Security, NIST, and the Risk Management Framework. ? Engineering background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts. ? Excellent communication and collaboration skills. ?
