These roles are crucial to delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our Internal Medicine clinic's operations. Administrative and Clinical Support ? The successful candidates will coordinate referral appointments, ensuring timely patient care delivery. ? Establish effective relationships with insurance companies and healthcare providers to exchange vital patient information. ? Process and manage authorizations (paper and electronic) with efficiency. ? Accurately maintain and update patient records. ? Offer administrative support to facilitate smooth clinic operations. ? Experience in medical assisting or a related field is advantageous. ? Excellent communication and organizational skills are required for success. Medical Documentation and Scribing ? Efficiently transcribe medical reports into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. ? Identify and correct transcription errors, ensuring data accuracy. ? Update patient information in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) with precision. ? Reliably send prescriptions as directed by physicians. ? Experience in medical scribing or a related field is beneficial. ? Strong typing and documentation skills are necessary. ? A competitive hourly rate ($17-$24 per hour). ?
