Location: Remote Department: Sales/Customer Service... Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $45,000-$50,000/yr Job Summary: The Customer Service/Sales Representative is responsible for providing excellent sales and customer service support to our clients. This role involves such things as handling customer inquiries, processing orders and promoting our products/services to drive sales. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver that has experience supporting revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, profitability and is proven to have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Key Responsibilities: ? Respond timely and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat. ? Assist customers with product information, order processing and troubleshooting. ? Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. ? Identify customer needs and pursue new sales opportunities and recommend appropriate products/services to drive sales. ? Accurately process orders, handle inquiries, and resolve any issues related to orders. ? Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. ? Use Company systems to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions based upon company protocols. ? Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other internal teams to help achieve business goals. ? Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers. ? Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. ? Help identify best practices, protocols and processes. ? Make suggestions to improve department. ? Assist in marketing programs. ? Assist in analyzing customers future requirements for forecasting purposes. Provide monthly sales reports of sales pipeline. ? Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales, and deliver status reports. ? Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. ? Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends. ? Continuously improve through feedback. Secondary job accountabilities ? Job may require travel for sales calls, trade shows, conferences and sales meetings. ? On Call Needs - We are a global company and there are times that you may be needed outside of normal business hours. ? Other duties as assigned. Minimum Education & Experience: ? High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree preferred. ? 3-6 years proven experience in customer service and sales. ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ? Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism. ? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. ? Ability to quickly learn and understand changing technology. ? Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. ? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. ? Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player. ? Able to function independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. ?
