PRN SCHOOL-BASED ROLE A school district near Seguin, TX is looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a PRN role providing 1:1 support to a Kindergarten student with a tracheostomy and other respiratory needs. Position Details: ? Start Date: ASAP ? End Date: May 23, 2025 ? Schedule: PRN (Could be once every 2 weeks or twice throughout the assignment) ? Caseload: 1:1 support for a Kindergarten student in a general education setting ? Onsite Only Key Responsibilities: ? Continuous monitoring of oxygen saturation levels ? Assess for any respiratory issues, including coughing and breathing difficulties ? Administer nebulizer treatments through the tracheostomy as needed ? Oxygen administration through tracheostomy when necessary ? Reinsert tracheostomy cannula if it becomes dislodged Required Credentials: ? Valid LVN license in Texas ?
