SUMMARY: This position provides IT support for remote and onsite users in line with agreed procedures and expected support levels. Position Specific Competencies... ? Deploy PCs and associated peripherals including new installations and the redeployment of existing equipment ? Install and configure client operating systems to agreed standards under the direction of the IT Leadership team ? Install and configure the software to agreed standards under the direction of the IT Leadership team ? Maintain the existing PCs and peripherals to standards determined by the IT Leadership team; performing upgrades, new installations and carrying out routine maintenance procedures ? Assist in the compilation/maintenance of an accurate inventory of hardware and software ? Troubleshooting and problem resolution ? Assist with and work with IT management on various IT projects ? Network documentation and end-user training ? Assist with new office setup or office relocations ? Performs other related duties as assigned. General Competencies ? Must always provide a professional, courteous and rapid response to users ? May need to provide onsite coverage for days or weeks at a time ? Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree preferred ? 1-2 years experience required ? Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record (Some travel to clients? sites and/or out of state travel may be required ? Must meet satisfactory criteria of Agency with regards to the results of a required Criminal Background check and Driving Record check ?
