The House of Mercier is seeking a Freelance Chat Moderator to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a key part in moderating live chat sessions, ensuring that interactions are respectful, informative, and comply with community guidelines. You will engage with a diverse community of users and help maintain a positive online environment. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices and community standards. ? Strong written and verbal communication skills. ? Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset. ? Prior experience in chat moderation, customer service, or a similar role is preferred. ?
