About the position Inktel Contact Center Solutions is seeking Customer Service Representatives for a full-time position based in Tampa, FL. The role involves providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, addressing customer inquiries, and promoting products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a strong desire to resolve customer issues effectively. This position offers a hybrid work environment with training provided both virtually and on-site. Responsibilities ? Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple communication channels. , ? Respond to questions, provide information, and promote products while meeting or exceeding customer expectations. , ? De-escalate customers who are upset with their experience and explore all options to satisfy their needs. , ? Identify root causes of inquiries by asking probing questions to determine the best solution. , ? Maintain required product knowledge to deliver best-in-class service. Requirements ? 2 years of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or call center environment. , ? Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills in both English and Spanish. , ? Strong problem-solving skills and a 'can do' attitude. , ? Proven record of great attendance. , ? Ability to quickly navigate through multiple systems simultaneously. Nice-to-haves ?
