Customer Service / Warehouse Associate (On-site Location / No Relocation)

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service / Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities... ? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. ? Provide accurate information about products and services. ? Assist customers with order placements, returns, and exchanges. ? Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. ? Maintain customer records and update information in the database. ? Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. ? Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies. ? Participate in training and development sessions to enhance skills. ? Perform order picking and packing tasks accurately and efficiently ? Operate warehouse equipment including forklift for materials handling ? Fabricate and build products according to specifications ? Maintain a clean and organized work environment following guidelines Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus. ? Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. ? Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. ? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. ? Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers. Full-time, 40 hours a week, direct deposit paid weekly, up to $24 an hour depending on experience.
