Monitor Student Progress: Assess and track progress, making adjustments to strategies as needed. ? Collaborate with Families and Educators: Work closely with families and other professionals to support student growth. ? Document Outcomes: Maintain accurate records of student performance and IEP updates. Qualifications ? Education: Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Special Education or a related field. ? Licensure: Valid Special Education license in Minnesota. ? Experience: Prior experience working with elementary students with diverse learning needs is preferred. ?
