Responsibilities
? As our Customer Service Representative, you?ll work to inspire customer loyalty and significantly enhance the overall State Farm Insurance customer experience
? Answer phones and greet clients
? Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
? Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
? Service can include responding... to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
? Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options

Qualifications
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
? A passion for helping others and a customer-focused mindset
? Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
? Proactive in problem solving
