Duties* - Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets - Identify new market opportunities and potential clients - Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers - Utilize Salesforce or similar software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions - Lead project management efforts for business development initiatives - Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors - Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients ? Requirements* - Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field - Strong understanding of customer relationship management and strategic planning - Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software, we use Hubspot - Excellent project management skills - Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions - Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year Benefits: ? 401(k) ?
