The internship offers college students the opportunity to work on impactful projects, gain real-world experience, and develop professional skills through mentorship and networking opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with putting on FUA/FUM Provider Panel
- Provider Outlier Management
- Assist with member/provider outreach for Quality Improvement team
- Assist with research, analysis and reporting
- Participate in onsite team meetings, volunteering, and various onsite events in Indiana
- Perform any other job duties as requested
Skills
- Current Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited degree program or graduated within the last 6 months is required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Effective listening and critical thinking skills
- Dependable, flexible and ability to maintain confidential information
- Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
