Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a courteous and professional manner. ? Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer?s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution. ? Maintain customer records by updating account information accurately. ? Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. ? Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed. ? Manage large amounts of incoming calls, demonstrating a proactive approach to customer care. ? Identify and assess customers? needs to achieve satisfaction and deliver a personalized service. ? ### Requirements: ? High School Diploma required; further education or certification in customer service is a plus. ? Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative. ? Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. ? Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. ? Excellent communication and presentation skills. ? Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. ? Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. ? ### Work Environment: This role is based in a fast-paced office setting in Detroit.
