Boys & Girls Clubs of El Paso is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Live Chat Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional online customer support through live chat channels. If you have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and enjoy helping others, we would love for you to join our team! Responsibilities ? Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our programs and services through live chat. ? Assist customers with any issues or problems they may encounter and find appropriate solutions. ? Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs in a timely and efficient manner. ? Maintain a positive and professional attitude while engaging with customers. ? Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. ? Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues. ? Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, services, and... promotions. ? High school diploma or equivalent. ? Proven customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or online support role. ? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. ? Ability to multitask and handle multiple live chat conversations simultaneously. ? Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. ? Proficient in using live chat software and other customer support tools. ? Positive and friendly attitude with a strong customer-centric approach. ?
