Requirements: Juris Doctor, Admission to NY State Bar, Labor Law 200, 240, 241
What You Will Be Doing
? Attend hearings, trials, depositions
? Handle all aspects of insurance defense litigation
? Defend owners and contractors from Labor Law 200, 240(1), and 241(6) claims
What You Need for this Position
? JD with Admission to the NY state bar association
? Experience handling Labor Law 200, 240(1) and 241(6) claims is strongly preferred
? Ability to draft clear and concise legal documents
