You will be responsible for helping customers by verifying their information and filtering out small home improvement jobs to ensure our partners are investing their time in the proper channels. Responsibilities: ? Ability to make continuous outbound calls ? Able to use an on-screen script and flowchart efficiently ? Document and update customer records based on interactions ?
