Type of role: Temp to possible perm Equipment: Associates MUST provide own device which can be any PC, Apple, Chromebook or thin desktop device such as a home computer, etc. No tablets or phones. Job Details: ? Perform both outbound and inbound calls servicing patients depending on department you're assigned to. ? Speak to providers and perform medical benefit investigations. ? Verify and input critical patient demographic data into the system. Job Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of recent medical insurance verification experience required. ? Must have high speed internet with the modem access. ? Positive and friendly personality with exceptional attendance. ? Great communication skills and the ability to work in a team-focused environment. The following technical requirements must be met to work from home: ?
