Full-time / Administrative Virtual Assistant (Remote) - WFH

HiTekstaffings is a dynamic company specializing in large-format printing and signage solutions. Our fast-paced environment thrives on innovation and teamwork. We are looking to add a high-energy Administrative Virtual Assistant to support our growing Large Format and Signs division. This role is pivotal in coordinating diverse tasks and providing exceptional client support. Job Responsibilities: As an Administrative Virtual Assistant, you will: Receive and process incoming job tickets. Track the status of multiple ongoing sign projects. Develop estimates for basic large-format printing and signage projects. Source products and write purchase orders. Provide exceptional customer service to existing accounts by offering project updates and support. Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls as needed. Coordinate with various departments to ensure project timelines are met. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Occasionally walk up and down stairs to collaborate with teams (if onsite). What We?re Looking For: We are seeking a candidate who is: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word). Familiar with QuickBooks (a plus, but not required). Experienced in basic estimating (preferred but not mandatory). Internet-savvy with a keen eye for detail. Organized and able to multitask effectively, handling multiple demands while meeting deadlines. Professional in demeanor, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Fine motor skills for keyboarding, handling artwork, and documentation. Ability to distinguish colors and shades (critical for artwork and printing tasks). Occasionally lift up to 40 pounds (e.g., marketing materials, products, and collateral).
