Virtual Special Education Teacher - Teletherapy Specialist

Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Education Teacher to join our team in Illinois. This role involves providing high-quality teletherapy services to students in a remote learning environment, enabling them to achieve their educational goals from the comfort of their homes... Key Responsibilities ? Deliver engaging and effective virtual instruction tailored to students with special needs. ? Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support each student?s learning and development. ? Collaborate with parents, guardians, and other educators to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. ? Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed to ensure success. Qualifications ? Bachelor's degree in Education or Special Education (required). ? Master's degree in Special Education or related field (preferred). ? State of Illinois Teaching Certification (PEL) is a must. ? Experience in a virtual teaching environment is a plus, but not required. ? Strong communication and organizational skills. ? Passion for working with students with special needs and helping them succeed. Requirements ? Ability to work as an independent contractor. ? Reliable home computer with high-speed internet access. ?
