Key Responsibilities: ? Deliver engaging and effective virtual instruction to students with diverse learning needs. ? Collaborate closely with students, parents, and educational teams to craft Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and specialized instruction strategies. ? Provide targeted support and accommodations to help students excel in the virtual classroom. ? Keep a watchful eye on students' progress, adjusting instructional approaches as needed. ? Be a vital participant in virtual IEP meetings, contributing your expertise to develop effective intervention plans. ? Offer guidance and resources to parents and caregivers to support their child's educational journey. ? Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in special education and virtual instruction. Qualifications: ? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education. ? Special Education teaching licensure for Minnesota ? 2024-2025 school year ? Experience in virtual instruction is a plus but not required ? we'll provide the training! ?
