Summary of position of employment: ? This is a permanent part-time role, working primarily daylight hours with no travel. ? We are looking to hire a well-spoken and organized professional to help with our growing company. ? This role is diverse, there are no two days that are the same. ? Will actively be in close correspondence with the CEO, Executive Assistant to the CEO, Field Supervisors and field personnel. ? 20 hours a week over 5 days a week. [Could lead up more hours during the busy season] Job Requirements: ? Reside in the State of Colorado ? 3+ years of administrative office experience. ? Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel. ? Well versed in the Contract/RFP/BidNet process. ? An expert in CRM, invoicing, and collections. ? Has a strong understanding of job scheduling/dispatching, project managing, and customer communication/coordination. ? Flexible and able to multi/simultaneously task. ? Effective and honest communication and teaming. ? Efficient in using Zoom and Microsoft Teams. ? Attention to detail and accuracy in work. ? Comfortable working in a fast paced environment. ? Proactive and comfortable with tight deadlines. ? Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, e-filing, and document management. ? Previous experience in the construction industry a plus! New Hire Onboarding and Payroll Support ? Job posting and applicant communication and tracking. ?
