They are seeking a remote Customer Service Representative to provide customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client's products and/or services. Responsibilities... ? Maintain acceptable production levels as set by management ? Provide details on the discount services to help retain and save customers ? Provide high level of customer service and empathy ? Have a strong ability to ask probing questions, to discover the wants, interests and needs of our customers ? Have the ability to deliver bad news and de-escalate critical situations ? Be efficient in navigating multiple systems ? Participate in ongoing training and self-development ? Maintain advanced knowledge of procedures, product information and online resource tools ? Maintain regular attendance and punctuality as scheduled and adhere to all company time and attendance policies ? Participate in activities designed to improve business performance ? Ensure that all quality targets are met and maintained Skills ? Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of solid customer service experience ? High School Diploma or GED Required ? Must be comfortable being on web camera ? Ability to utilize tools and resources to efficiently our customers ? Ability to articulate in a professional and efficient manner ? Ability to break down complex subject matter into relatable knowledge for our customers ? Ability to be flexible with the hours of operation ? Open and receptive to feedback from leadership ?
