The Field Service Manager oversees our Canada Field Service team to deliver quality service and technical solutions to our clients. This position can be located anywhere in Western Canada.Responsibilities ? Manage Field Service team, including hiring, training/development, mentoring, scheduling, and performance management. ? Foster a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with safety program. ? Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards. ? Manage budget and resources for the designated group. ? Manage client relationships, and act as key point of contact for escalations, complex projects, or issues. ? Collaborate with other key managers to meet operational goals of the company. ? Perform field work on occasion.Requirements ? Bachelor's degree in a technical field, technologist diploma, or equivalent experience ? 10+ years of relevant industry experience with progressively responsible experience ? Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing teams in a technical environment ? Excellent communication skills ? Strong technical background ? Strong leadership and management skills ? Knowledge of industry standards and regulations ? Strong commitment to client service ? Ability to travel as required
