About Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow: Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that aims to inspire, educate, and empower the next generation of Black and Brown entrepreneurs. Our mission is to provide innovative programs and mentorship to foster a thriving community of young leaders who possess the skills, knowledge, and confidence to navigate the challenges of today's rapidly evolving business landscape. Key Responsibilities: Fundraising Strategy Development: ? Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies aligned with EOT's mission, goals, and financial objectives. ? Utilize the Scrum platform methodology to organize and prioritize fundraising initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective execution. ? Cultivate and steward relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, foundations, and other funding partners. ? Leverage the Scrum platform to track donor interactions, record donor preferences, and identify opportunities for engagement and stewardship. ? Lead the grant writing process, including research, proposal development, and submission, to secure funding from government agencies, foundations, and other grant-making organizations. ? Collaborate with program managers and finance staff to develop grant budgets and ensure alignment with programmatic objectives. Fundraising Campaigns and Events: ? Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising campaigns and events, including online campaigns, fundraising galas, and donor appreciation events. ? Utilize the Scrum platform to manage campaign timelines, allocate resources, and track progress toward fundraising goals. Data Analysis and Reporting: ? Utilize data analytics tools within the Scrum platform to analyze fundraising performance metrics, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making. ? Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate fundraising outcomes, financial projections, and return on investment to key stakeholders. Cross-Functional Collaboration: ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and program staff, to ensure alignment of fundraising activities with organizational priorities and initiatives. ? Facilitate communication and coordination between fundraising teams and other departments to maximize fundraising impact and efficiency. Requirements: ? Bachelor's degree or pursuing a Master?s degree in Project Management, Nonprofit Management, Fundraising, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. ? Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in fundraising, development, or related roles, with a proven track record of successfully securing funding and meeting fundraising goals. ? Strong understanding of fundraising principles, techniques, and best practices, with experience using the Scrum platform or similar project management tools. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and cultivate relationships with diverse stakeholders, including donors, sponsors, and volunteers. ? Ability to appropriately handle sensitive information and communications with members, donors, and stakeholders with integrity and confidentiality. ? An analytical mindset, and proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and interpretation, using tools such as Salesforce or similar CRM systems. ? Strategic thinker who can develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies that align with organizational objectives and priorities. ? Ability to work within a budget and set project budgets. ? Willingness to learn new tools based on requirements. ? Passion for youth empowerment, entrepreneurship, and social impact, with a commitment to advancing EOT's mission and vision through fundraising efforts. Personal Attributes: ?
