Responsibilities As a Senior Technical Writer you will have the opportunity to do the following: ? Plan, develop and execute acquisition related policies, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the USCG Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) Ship Design Team ? Develop and document internal/external business processes and contract requirements at all stages of a program's life cycle. ? Deliver high quality documentation summarizing complex technical concepts in an easily understandable format. ? Develop high-level reports and presentations for briefing Program Managers and senior leadership on all elements of acquisition program performance with quantitative analysis and recommendations. Qualifications ? Bachelor's Degree ? Ability to obtain a secret clearance ? At least 5+ years of experience in writing and reviewing technical engineering documents. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
