Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders Support month-end... close activities and contribute to annual budgeting processes Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Develop financial models to forecast future performance and assess the financial impact of various scenarios Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and refine forecasts Decision Support: Provide financial expertise and guidance to leadership and operational teams Analyze potential investments and recommend courses of action Participate in group discussions and committees, representing the finance perspective Budgeting & Variance Analysis: Lead the budgeting process for assigned departments, including training and timeline management Evaluate proposed budgets, comparing against historical data and benchmarks Monitor financial performance and identify variances, conducting root cause analyses Collaborate with leadership to develop action plans for improvement Provider Compensation: Process and review provider compensation requests, ensuring compliance with contracts Perform quarterly and annual reconciliations, tracking any compensation caps Prepare accrual entries for provider compensation Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (or equivalent experience) 1-5 years of experience in finance or data analytics Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools Understanding of financial concepts, ratios, and valuation methodologies Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive information discreetly Preferred Qualifications Healthcare experience preferred but not required Benefits Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance Comprehensive training and mentorship programs.
