TheOnline chat specialist reports to the Online Chat Manager and willbe responsible for providing a variety of customer support relatedduties for the company and our clients. This person will interactdaily with visitors on our clients websites via (Online chatsoftware) and will be expected to provide exceptional customersupport in realtime. They should be capable of hand multipleincoming requests for information. This person will be expected tocontinually demonstrate an ability to stay calm under pressurewhile providing enthusiastic customer service. Responsibilities Answers incomingcustomer live chats regarding website navigation issues servicequestions and general client concerns Evaluatecustomer interactions and elevate issues to Online Chat Managerwhen appropriate Crete relationships with newcustomers to better understand and achieve their needs Respond to the customer questions inquiries requests andproblems accurately concisely and appropriately Promotes interest in client products andservices Consistently achieves establishedstandards of the position Continually portrayand project a positive and professional image.
