Thisindividual will be required to JobDescription Our growing business is looking forskilled problem solvers to join our team as an Online chatspecialist (Entry Level). We need an enthusiastic individual whocan chat online with visitors and answer any questions they mighthave while visiting a website. The successful candidate will offerquick and accurate assistance to customers. TheOnline chat specialist reports to the Online Chat Manager and willbe responsible for providing a variety of customer support relatedduties for the company and our clients. This person will interactdaily with visitors on our clients websites via (Online chatsoftware) and will be expected to provide exceptional customersupport in realtime. They should be capable of hand multipleincoming requests for information. This person will be expected tocontinually demonstrate an ability to stay calm under pressurewhile providing enthusiastic customer service. Responsibilities Answers incomingcustomer live chats regarding website navigation issues servicequestions and general client concerns Evaluatecustomer interactions and elevate issues to Online Chat Managerwhen appropriate Crete relationships with newcustomers to better understand and achieve their needs Respond to the customer questions inquiries requests andproblems accurately concisely and appropriately Promotes interest in client products andservices Consistently achieves establishedstandards of the position Continually portrayand project a positive and professional image. Provide administrative support to the customer serviceteam May assist with overflow work and otherduties as needed Promotes interest in clientproducts and services Consistently achievesestablished standards of the position Continually portray and project a positive andprofessional image Provide administrativesupport to the customer service team May assistwith overflow work and other duties as needed This position is also a remote position in which you willbe working from home Qualifications Strong work ethic. with the ability to work well bothindependently and within the context of a larger teamorientedenvironment PC keyboarding and internetexperience needed Strong communication andinterpersonal skills including written and verbal Upbeat positive attitude and professionaldemeanor Articulate and well accustomed to aclientfacing role Ability to composeprofessional emails is a plus Proficient writtenand verbal communication skills in English; Basic technical skills (able to navigate throughsmartphone and computer applications) With an upbeat positive kindempathetic personality.
