Support achievement of key metrics to ensure an exceptional student and patient experience across various communication channels ? Assist students with inquiries related to admissions, enrollment, registration, and financial aid ? Use ERP and CRM systems to review student records and facilitate enrollment processes ? Schedule patient appointments and coordinate referrals while ensuring compliance with insurance requirements ? Provide general information on academic procedures and assist with navigating the student portal What Is Required (Qualifications) ? High School Diploma or Equivalent ? One (1) year of customer service experience ? General knowledge of customer service principles and processes ? Proficient skills in complex problem-solving and active listening ? Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) ? Associate or Bachelor's degree ? One year of customer service experience in higher education, student services, or healthcare ? Knowledge of academic programs, policies, and federal/state regulations ? Familiarity with Banner, Recruit, and/or Avaya systems ?
