As a Remote RN Coordinator for CVS Health, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our patients from the comfort of your home. Requirements
1. Valid and active RN license in the state of residence.
2. Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.

6. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

Educational Qualifications
– Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution (preferred)
– Current RN licensure
Experience
– Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience
– Experience in telehealth or remote care coordination is a plus
