Job Summary We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Responsibilities ? Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person to provide information and assistance ? Utilize computerized systems to input and track customer orders and inquiries ? Assist with sales inquiries and provide product information ? Maintain office organization and assist with administrative tasks ? Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly ? Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently ? Provide multilingual support when necessary ? Support customers with cash handling transactions ? Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette at all times Qualifications ? Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications ? Strong communication skills both verbal and written ? Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively ? Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records ?
