What We're Looking For We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our global team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for: Responding to incoming inquiries (including internet chats, phone calls, web inquiries, and emails) by providing product recommendations, troubleshooting support, preparing quotes, and assisting with orders. Collaborating with the Technical Product Support Team and Sales Team to provide product support for separation science-related products and services through customer-initiated inquiries and necessary follow-ups. Assisting customers with product information, recommendations, application searches, and preliminary method development. Utilizing CRM, ERP, ticketing, and chat software to document interactions and provide support appropriately. Working to meet global and regional sales revenue goals and associated KPIs. Providing world-class customer service to maintain high satisfaction ratings and foster strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Performing other job-related duties that may arise, as requested by customers and/or management. Essential Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: Bachelor's Degree in a Life Science such as Chemistry or Biology, etc. One year of Sales experience or Customer Service experience. 1 year of exposure to chromatography and/or sample preparation. A strong desire to cooperate in a teamwork environment. Experience with Microsoft Office and database management. Ability to quickly master new software. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. Preferred Qualifications While not required, previous experience in: Customer support or sales in the Life Sciences industry. Chromatography and/or sample preparation. Technical writing or documentation. Project management or coordination. will be highly valued. Why Join blithequark?
