Insurance Compliance Analyst

The Insurance Compliance Analyst will analyze and monitor insurance coverage placement for CPC’s commercial real estate loan portfolio, assisting borrowers in acquiring appropriate coverage to support CPC's mission. Responsibilities Communicate regularly with borrowers and insurance agents to obtain evidence of required insurance coverage within established timeframes Perform compliance reviews of insurance certificates and policies and work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure insurance requirements are met Maintain accurate, up-to-date insurance data in the servicing systems for all assigned loans Assist in gathering insurance information needed for lender and internal audits Work with senior team members on insurance waiver and exception request submissions for non-compliant insurance issues Take on challenges, acknowledge growth opportunities, and demonstrate patience when learning new processes Perform other administrative duties and tasks, as assigned Skills BA/BS required Strong interpersonal skills, accuracy with numbers, ability to multi-task and attention to detail Exhibit self-motivation and ability to multi-task whether working independently or on a team 1+ years' experience in the property and casualty insurance industry preferred.
