Instagram Reels Growth Strategist Needed
My agency operates a large network of Instagram faceless pages totaling 300M+ followers, including accounts such as @explainedfact, @thehomie, @underwater, @funnyposts, and many others. We’re expanding and launching multiple new theme pages. I will provide: - the niche/theme - logo + branding - content style guidelines - hook structure, wording, and CTAs Your role will focus purely on content sourcing and editing. Responsibilities: - Source high-potential short-form clips from platforms like TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, Pinterest, and Instagram (only as a last resort) - Identify engaging, viral-style content within the chosen theme - Edit the clips in CapCut following the provided templates - Add a short, clear headline/caption on top - Deliver high-quality, ready-to-post Reels on a consistent basis What I’m looking for: - Someone who understands viral short-form content and copyright implications - Fast and efficient sourcing of clips - Clean, high-retention editing style - Reliability and consistency This is a long-term role for the right person, with the potential to scale across multiple pages & beyond.
