Competitive Salary 401k PTO Health Benefits Dental Vision Outstanding culture Job Details Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering PMP- preferred but not required 2 plus years of Industrial Engineering experience within the distribution industry Heavy Ecommerce experience Strong leadership experience Automation or robotics experience preferred AutoCAD experience is a must 30% travel Required 3D modeling experience is a plus Must be able to gather and analyze information skillfully. Excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts including Six Sigma, Lean, value stream mapping Ability to set-up, facilitate and lead service improvement/’WorkOut’ sessions with a range of business stakeholder Strong analytical, project and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements Excellent interpersonal skills, a proven history of effective relationship building, and the ability to work well with all levels within the organization Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Warehouse Management System (WMS) Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
