Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Independent Business Development Consultant & Trainer. The individual will identify and engage prospective clients, develop and implement business strategies, and deliver Sandler training programs tailored to client needs. Core responsibilities include new business development, lead generation, consulting with organizations to address challenges, and facilitating leadership and sales training sessions. Building meaningful client relationships and providing actionable solutions to drive measurable results are key components of the role. Qualifications • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation • Strong Consulting and Business Planning skills • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written • Experience in sales training, coaching, or leadership development is a plus • Proven ability to work independently and manage a flexible remote work environment • Prior knowledge or experience with the Sandler methodology is an advantage • Demonstrated ability to build consultative and lasting client partnerships Apply tot his job
