Responsibilities Support caregiver onboarding, credentialing, and engagement Manage onboarding and credentialing workflows across multiple systems Support retention and engagement initiatives Help maintain compliance with internal and regulatory requirements Occasional travel to support new or expanding territories Support day-to-day operations and long-term growth Skills Detail-oriented and people-focused Experience in HR coordination or related field Ability to manage onboarding and credentialing workflows across multiple systems Support retention and engagement initiatives Maintain compliance with internal and regulatory requirements Willingness to travel occasionally to support new or expanding territories Ability to work closely with Caregiver Services leadership and team members Support day-to-day operations and long-term growth Ability to work two days in the Silver Spring, MD office Benefits Paid vacation and sick leave.
