Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Hospice and Home Health ADR (Additional Documentation Request) Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in managing documentation requests, ensuring compliance, and supporting the administrative functions of our hospice and home health services. The ideal candidate will possess strong office management skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with various computer applications. Bilingual skills are a plus to effectively serve diverse patient populations. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to compassionate healthcare services while maintaining efficient administrative operations. Duties • Manage and respond to ADR requests promptly, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete • Maintain organized filing systems for patient records and documentation files • Utilize data entry skills to update patient information in electronic health records and other databases • Coordinate with agency teams, insurance companies, and other stakeholders regarding documentation needs • Proofread documents for accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines Skills • Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Applications • RN license required • Experience with ADRs • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively • Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently with good typing speed • Strong proofreading skills to ensure document accuracy and compliance • Time management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
