Role Description This role involves supporting the Business Growth team at TeleSolv Consulting as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. • Identify and source viable candidates through various channels, including databases, professional networks, and industry events. • Prepare detailed candidate profiles, including resumes and qualifications, to present to the proposal team in alignment with specific project needs. • Manage candidate communications and build strong relationships with potential hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience. • Assist in developing strategies to attract top talent and improve the overall quality of candidate submissions to proposals. • Stay updated on designed opportunities and requirements, ensuring that candidate qualifications meet the criteria outlined in solicitations. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance recruiting processes and improve response times. • Monitor industry trends and government policies that may impact talent needs and contracting opportunities. Qualifications • High school diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. • Strong understanding of federal contracting processes and workforce requirements. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and candidate sourcing tools. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. • Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications against proposal needs.
