As a designer, you will be responsible for crafting engaging and natural-sounding dialogue using linguistic techniques and conversational mechanics. Required Skills & Qualifications • Applicants must be able to work directly for our company on W2 • 5 years of experience in conversational design, linguistics, or a related field • Portfolio that showcases your ability to design and develop engaging conversational systems • Experience with linguistic techniques and conversational mechanics • Strong understanding of user experience principles and human-centered design • Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Skills & Qualifications • 10 years of experience in conversational design, linguistics, or a related field • Experience with AI and machine learning technologies • Experience with dialogue management systems and natural language processing (NLP) tools • Familiarity with virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technologies Day-to-Day Responsibilities • Design and develop dialogue systems that simulate human-like conversations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish processes and align on project goals • Contribute to strategic decisions with Design, Product, and Executive teams • Create end-to-end conversational flows with satisfying mechanics and dialogue loops • Solicit feedback from other designers to continually improve product quality • Partner with PMs, engineers, researchers, content strategists, and QA for user experience implementation • Quickly solve issues with cross-functional leads, including user research and product management • Clearly articulate conversational design decisions to internal stakeholders • Advocate for conversational design within the organization Company Benefits & Culture • Inclusive and diverse work environment • Opportunities for professional growth and development • Supportive and collaborative team culture For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex Remote About the Company: Artech LLC Apply tot his job
