The job It is really simple: as we are growing our candidate database and increasing clients’ demand, we need support in finding, qualifying, and conducting full-cycle tech and non-tech recruitment for specific jobs. So if you feel like generating extra revenue (small fixed + success fee per placed candidate – around 600 to 2.000 euro per closed job) working remotely within a completely autonomous schedule, and have the chance to be part of something big, apply and let’s have a virtual coffee! The job is for you if… You have previous experience as a Freelancer Recruiter speaks fluent German, English – Portuguese is a plus You speak fluent German, English and we wish, Portuguese. Most of our clients and candidates are native English speakers. You have a growth mindset. You are also contributing to building ambi.careers from the beginning, so new opportunities could appear in the mid-term. You are fine working as a freelance contractor. Yes, no fixed salary, no benefits, no full-time employment for the moment. You take the risk as we do, and we all get paid based on the placements. We aim to be the #1 agency and marketplace for startups and scaleups, so we work with a few, but great freelance recruiters, based on a respectful and trustworthy relationship.
