You will be working with fast-growing brands on short, high-intensity campaigns with large budgets and tight KPIs. What You’ll Be Working On Campaigns running at 50-60 lakhs budget per project Managing daily ad spend of 5-8 lakhs Building and optimizing campaigns across Facebook & Google Full responsibility over creative testing, bid strategy, and budget efficiency What We Offer Compensation: $10,000-$15,000 USD per campaign (1-2 weeks long) 100% remote role with schedule flexibility Payment via PayPal or a preferred digital platform Projects structured around deliverables, not hours Who You Are Based in India, with at least 5 years’ experience in paid media Have handled high-budget performance campaigns, ideally for DTC or app-based brands Self-driven, analytical, and reliable with global team experience Confident with reporting, invoicing, and pacing large budgets If you’re a performance expert who thrives in independent, results-driven environments and wants to collaborate on impactful global campaigns – we’d love to connect.
