Alongside our insurance division, we provide solutions that help clients grow, protect, and pass on their wealth. Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial Financial Planner & Coach to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves educating clients, creating personalized financial roadmaps, and making financial planning affordable and approachable. You’ll work with everyday clients — not just high-net-worth individuals — to help them get clarity on their finances, identify opportunities, and build strategies for the future. HDA will provide client leads, while also giving you the flexibility to grow your own book of business. Responsibilities • Develop personalized financial plans covering budgeting, savings, retirement, debt management, insurance, and wealth-building strategies. • Educate clients on financial literacy so they can make confident, informed decisions. • Provide clear, actionable steps for everyday clients to improve their financial well-being. • Collaborate with our insurance division to recommend protection solutions where appropriate. • Refer clients to trusted firms for investment portfolio management as needed. • Build strong, ongoing relationships with clients through trust, service, and education. • Expand your business through referrals, networking, and community outreach. Compensation • Commission-based earnings with no income cap. • HDA provides client leads + flexibility to build your own. • First-year earning potential: $50,000 – $80,000+, with six-figure potential as your client base grows. Qualifications • Financial planning or coaching background preferred (CFP®, Series 6/7 licenses, or financial coaching certifications are a plus but not required). • Passion for financial education and empowering clients of all income levels. • Strong communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills. • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and grow a client base. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and values-driven.
