Responsibilities • Gather, scrutinize, and interpret financial data sourced from diverse outlets, including financial statements, databases, and market research reports. • Forge and maintain financial models, forecasts, and projections to underpin budgeting, planning, and decision-making endeavors. • Identify pivotal financial metrics and KPIs to oversee business performance and profitability. • Execute variance analysis to pinpoint trends, capitalize on opportunities, and pinpoint areas ripe for enhancement. • Craft comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to accumulate data and insights for strategic initiatives and projects. • Assist in the creation and implementation of financial systems and processes geared towards streamlining data collection and reporting. • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and financial analysis and reporting best practices. • Provide ad-hoc analysis and support for special projects and initiatives as required. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. (Master's degree or CPA/CFA certification is advantageous) • Demonstrated experience as a Financial Analyst, Data Analyst, or a similar role, ideally within the healthcare or medical sector. • Proficient in financial modeling, data analysis, and statistical techniques. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial functions. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a bonus. • Thorough comprehension of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial statements. • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities. • Capacity to work autonomously, juggle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the knack for elucidating complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. • Meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting and analysis.
