Field Sales Representative, RCM

The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for customer outreach, territory management, and driving operational metrics while ensuring customer onboarding and satisfaction. Responsibilities Run cold outreach with customers via phone/demo call Be able to determine territories that have large private practices as a customer base Visiting customers in the field to activate RCM in person Understand the business in-and-out to be proactive about solving emerging problems Own execution and outcomes Drive operational metrics (process throughput, defect rate, etc.) Experience in conducting customer onboarding calls for new user setup Running business reviews/check-ins to monitor usage metrics Commitment to delivering customer value by thoroughly understanding clients' use cases and aligning them with Athelas' best practices Skills 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or Operations at a fast-paced SaaS tech company (Ideally in healthcare tech) Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and engineering teams to address clients' needs and support company objectives Proficiency in documenting and developing best practices to enable incremental improvement for the Implementation team through each new onboarding experience Expertise in project management: You have experience deploying multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
