Facilities Coordinator

The Facilities Coordinator will support facility maintenance tasks, manage vendor contracts, and ensure effective communication across teams while maintaining a clean and organized environment. Responsibilities Provide support and accountability for tickets in FMX by communicating with the club staff and RVPs Review budgets and identify concerns/confirm that requests are within budget Pull data to determine bonus opportunities for the facilities team on a monthly and quarterly basis Maintains records for all regions regarding vendors and contracts support where needed Maintains all facility updates in Smartsheet Partner with construction teams to ensure appropriate general contractors/vendors are uploaded int FMX for ticket assigning Pull important clauses from occupier and attach to the appropriate location Support RVPs in researching new vendors where necessary Research/code/approve invoices per the team’s request Maintain and support Facilities team profile/information in FMX Review Medallia scores and FMX dashboards regularly to identify areas of concern and priority Support Purchasing Manager in Order.com platform when necessary Help to develop and update SOPS for facility department Review staffing deficits and support RVPs as necessary Support VP of Equipment or equipment team as necessary with FMX/Medallia support and reporting Any other facility admin support needed as the organization needs with growth Create department presentations Maintains communication/acts as liaison between Enterprise and EōS Facilities Team for our company vehicles Reports Maintenance and Equipment inspections in FMX and communicates to Facilities/Operations team on a weekly basis Skills Must be highly organized and able to handle a multi-task environment Must have a general understanding of computer skills including Microsoft Office Technical skills include general experience in the repair and maintenance of equipment and physical building Must be able to work in a remote setting within one of the states we operate in (AZ, CA, NV, UT, TX, FL) Must successfully pass background check CPR certification required within 30 days of hire Ability to work in a gym setting; move about club floors and rooms; communicate with employees, members, and the public Ability to access and operate Company computer system including prepare documents, enter data into computer system, read reports from a computer data base or email system Previous experience in health club maintenance strongly preferred Naturally strive for continuous improvements in all areas of responsibility Some travel may be required depending on business needs Benefits Free membership for you and plus one family member.
