Through our comprehensive training programs and day-to-day work, you will develop the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your position, including: * Demonstrating a strong customer focus rooted in empathy * Communicating effectively with peers, management, and customers * Exercising good judgment and independent decision-making skills * Demonstrating exceptional listening, questioning, call control, and de-escalation techniques * Being proactive, having effective time management and organizational skills * Displaying dependability with a solid attendance record **Basic Qualifications** * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification * At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience **Preferred Qualifications** * At least 1 year of Financial Services experience or Banking experience **Schedule** * Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST * Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST (Limited Availability) * Schedules are adjusted per time zone **Compensation** * The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount blithequark is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
