Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for defining and driving solutions within the HR and Finance Workday team. You will work closely with the Delivery Team, Engineers, and Product Owners to develop a deep understanding of the business domain and the system's functionalities. As a Technology Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful achievement of targets, and your creative and innovative approach will be essential in driving business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Apply knowledge and skills of analysis, business processes, tools, domains, project methodologies, requirements definitions, and testing to solve a range of problems Collaborate with other Technology Colleagues to provide advice or solutions within their area of expertise Stay up-to-date with current developments within their area of expertise Identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems Estimate effort and value for solutions Apply business solutions with broad-level knowledge of technology platforms/architectures Verify data and carefully review and validate the accuracy of own work using reliance ID processes in technology work Establish or follow prioritization process to drive work, completing work with a sense of urgency Express ideas, business or technical requirements clearly and concisely in writing using appropriate levels of detail and abstraction Monitor program risks, issues, and scope proactively, ensuring the appropriate level of priority, visibility, and escalation May perform other work duties as directed by Supervisor's Managers Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and a strong foundation in business analysis, process modeling, and technical conditions. You should be proficient in software development approaches and have excellent collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills. Preferred Qualifications While not required, it is preferred that you have experience in data migrations, Workday implementation, and technical project management. You should be able to analyze medium to large business or technical problems, articulate the problem or root cause, and translate the analysis into practical solution proposals.
